If you are the owner of the timepiece, contact me by phone or email, we will discuss the problem with your timepiece and work out when to meet which is when I will give you an estimate. An estimate given without actually seeing the timepiece would be subject to some revision in case more problems are discovered on physically examining the timepiece.

If you are a clock or watch repairer but are unable to perform specialised work or do not have the equipment required for say, fabricating a new part, contact me and we can work out a solution that will benefit you as well as your customer.
